Medical Services

Lasqueti does not have a resident doctor. For serious injuries there is an ambulance service from Parksville. Please contact Parksville Ambulance, 250-248-3511 in case of emergency.

Parking

Day parking is available only at False Bay

Overnight parking has to be done further up the hill

Remember to pay your parking at French Creek

Garbage

Lasqueti Island does not provide garbage disposal service. Please take away the garbage with you on your departure.

Public Washrooms

Vessel washroom is closed unlike at the French Creek and False Bay Docks

Public outhouse is on the Legion Lot.

Roads & Speed Limits

All roads on Lasqueti Island are gravel or dirt. Drive cautiously and slow down for pedestrian and cyclist. A 30kph speed limit is in effect for the first 1.2 km. The 50 km speed limit still creates thick dusts.
