Adams Lake Ferry Service

Serviced by a barge-type cable ferry vessel, "Barnston 4" provides uninterrupted year-round ferry service crossing Adams Lake, 24 hours a day, every day, on a continuous demand basis, except that during the hours 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., the ferry service is provided for emergency response only. It is located 50 km northwest of Salmon Arm and crosses Adams Lake west to east side and back.

There are approximately 100 residents of Adams Lake.
